Peter Senge’s book “The Fifth Discipline: The Art & Practice of The Learning Organization” describes how sustainably competitive organizations can leverage the interconnectedness of people, ideas, and how they operate together. The Fifth Discipline describes how to understand and manage the ecosystem of any change and how that creates effective organizations. Scenario Planning

Scenario Planning (originally used by Shell Oil) used correctly, can teach a group to identify a specific set of uncertainties and different realities of what might happen in your business. The process starts with creating four possible futures based on 2 components. A team can discuss each of the squares to identify which ‘future’ the team wants to build. Systems Thinking

Systems Thinking is a technique to predict how a process will work before it is implemented. This technique shows that each process ultimately integrates and reacts to the others but can be changed with thoughtful intervention.
