Moser RMA Learning uses TTI products to build unique integration of assessments and reports to create deep insight for our staff and customers. For example, Moser RMA Learning integrates DISC (Behaviors), Driving Forces (Motivators), and EQ (Emotional Intelligence) using the three science Trimetrix EQ profile to allow our customers to see how these three capacities create a more accurate picture of the person reading the report.

Our TTI Job Benchmark process is an integrated assessment that compares a specific person to a specific job. Moser RMA Learning consulting uses this process for hiring, career planning, and promotion. Each of our employees will be evaluated by their leaders for cultural and technical talent, and also be compared to the job. The individual's Gap Report will show the areas the candidate can work on.
